Drink: a young vibrant 11 year old from Teaninich distillery, finished in the sherry quarter cask which held the first Love bottling (Royal Brackla). As always, caskstrength, no colouring, preservatives, or chill-filtration. Honey-dipped raisins, poached pears, vanilla cream topped stewed apple on the nose, a rather boozy and punchy palate (like how young love does to you 😍), medium long finish with peppers, oolong tea and soft oak.
